Full Description

This project shall consist of the construction of a pumphouse and water system located at the St. Louis Creek Campground on the Sulphur Ranger District of the Arapahoe/Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grassland. Work shall consist of but not be limited to: construction of a new pumphouse building, clearing and grubbing, excavation, interior plumbing, storage tank, booster pumps, pressure tank, floats, interior electrical, treatment system, installation of new electrical panels, extending electrical service from meter to the pumphouse, new main distribution panel, buried waterlines, daylight drains, and water hydrant. The allotted time for this contract is sixty (60) days from the date of issuance of the notice to proceed. All work shall be performed on the Sulphur Ranger District of the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forest and Pawnee National Grassland, Grand County, Colorado. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for August 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Details of this meeting will be included in the solicitation). All participants must RSVP by August 16, 2010 by contacting Malinda (Mindy) Horitski at 970-295-6683. This is a total small business set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around August 5, 2010. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov.
