Bidders can submit their proposals either electronically via the specified website or in person at the City Hall. The project involves replacing approximately 0.85 miles of existing 4-foot sidewalks and curbs with 5-foot sidewalks, installing 30 decorative lighting fixtures, and related infrastructure work such as conduit laying, catch basin adjustments, and driveway modifications.
