REQUIREMENT Construction of a new septic system and new open-bottom arch culvert at Cavendish Grove, PEI National Park along with associated removals and earthworks. Project will also involve lowering Dam #1 and modification of the associated spillway. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
