5P468-23-0018/A Stage 2 - Trans-Canada Highway 1 Pavement Restoration – Glacier National ParkREQUIREMENTParks Canada requires a contractor to remove and replace asphalt structure along Trans-Canada Highway 1 in order to safeguard the integrity of the roadway, ensuring public safety and accessibility through the National Parks. The work within this tender package involves replacement of the asphalt pavement in Glacier National Park, consisting of mill and inlay 50 mm asphalt, 65 mm overlay, spray patch (crack repair), line painting, and the addition of concrete barrier. Up to 2 km of ditching will also be targeted within this project. Contractor shall perform and complete the Work no later than August 31, 2023.TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
