ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS       NOTICE is hereby given that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Southaven, Mississippi will receive written sealed bids until the hour of ­­10 o’clock a.m. local time, on July 9th, 2026 at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Southaven, at the following address:   Southaven City Hall 8710 Northwest Drive Southaven, Mississippi 38671   Received Bids will then be publicly read aloud in the City’s Board Room at 10:15 a.m. local time. Bids are for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of that certain project designated as “Starlanding and Swinnea Roundabout”. Project Documents are on file and can be viewed at the office of the City Clerk.   Bids are for improvements to the existing intersection of Starlanding Road and Swinnea Road. The existing intersection will be converted to a roundabout.
