AI Contract Overview
The requirement for a 100 MB commercial circuit in Southwest Asia under solicitation number HC102126QA064 has been cancelled by Amendment 0001, rendering the original RFQ obsolete. A separate RFQ was previously issued under the same solicitation number to procure commercial telecommunications services, but it is no longer active. The solicitation was structured as a combined synopsis and solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12, meaning no additional written solicitation documents were to be issued. Only entities registered under the NAICS code 517111 were eligible to request access, and all access requests required submission of a valid UEI or CAGE code for verification. Telecommunication Providers were mandated to possess a currently active DITCO Basic Agreement before submitting quotes. Pricing submissions had to clearly delineate Monthly Recurring Charges, Non-Recurring Charges, and any applicable tiered pricing for extended service periods. The acquisition used the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method, with specific evaluation criteria detailed in the DITCO Additional Telecommunications Text. The requirement was not set aside for small businesses and incorporated all applicable provisions and clauses referenced in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul. The point of contact for inquiries was Susana Suber, with secondary support provided by Sarah Tyler, and the solicitation was administered by the Department of Defense through DISA/DITCO Europe from APO, AE.
