STATE FARM - Milk Crates for State Farm Milk Processing Plant

The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Division of Institutions, is soliciting bids for the procurement of 6,800 custom stamped plastic milk crates for the State Farm Dairy Processing Plant. The required crates must be black, measure 17 3/4 inches long by 10 1/2 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches tall, and feature solid sides with a grated bottom and handle openings on all four sides, meeting Design Specialties MC-06 specifications or an equivalent. A critical requirement is that each crate must feature a single white stamped logo reading VADOC. The award will be granted on a grand total basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and the total price must include all freight and delivery fees to the facility in State Farm, Virginia. Bidders must be registered in the eVA portal and submit their proposals by September 29, 2026. Submissions must include completed bid forms, detailed product specifications, a copy of the most favorable commercial warranty, and a Small Business Subcontracting Plan.
