The Remediation and Redevelopment (RR) Program at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has developed this Request for Bid (RFB) to identify and select contractors to respond to requests to provide temporary emergency drinking water at locations throughout the State of Wisconsin on an as-needed basis.
