AMENDMENT 01 – ISSUED 27 August 2026

The purpose of this amendment is to:

Revise the requirements document from a Statement of Work (SOW) to a Performance Work Statement (PWS) to reflect updated requirements identified during the site visit. The revised PWS supersedes and replaces the prior SOW in its entirety. In addition, the contract opportunity is extended, and offers are now due no later than September 4, 2026, at 1500 PDT.

Notes to Offerors: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the SF-30 with their proposal.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to install one (1) heat pump and four (4) associated indoor mini-split units to provide independent and adequate temperature control for the gym at USCG Station Neah Bay, WA. The approxomate dimesnions and volumes of the spaces are as follows:

Large weight room, 40’x19’x30’= 22,800 cu ft

1. Technical Approach: A step-by-step description of how the quoter will perform the work, including mobilization, inspection, and installation of the required components.

2. List of Major Materials and Equipment: A list of the key materials and equipment proposed for the project. This list is for technical evaluation purposes to ensure compliance with the SOW and must include, at a minimum:
