Other occupants have been added as food services become increasingly distributed throughout the campuses. The kitchen within the Statler Commissary experiences excessive heat-build up in the summer and requires additional cooling to maintain normal temperatures.The University is seeking architectural and engineering design services for building envelope, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and related infrastructure upgrades at an occupied campus facility.
