The program consists of up to ten regional contracts, each aligned with Coast Guard Districts, with an anticipated aggregate capacity of 4 billion dollars. The contracts feature a three-year base period and two two-year option periods, with task order limits generally ranging from 2,000 dollars to 10 million dollars, extending up to 20 million dollars in the Arctic District. The scope of work is broad, encompassing real property repairs, marine construction, demolition, historical restoration, and the management of facilities such as hangars, boat houses, and airports using Design-Bid-Build or One-Step Turnkey Design-Build delivery methods.
