Steam Tunnel Ventilation Replacement

This contract is for the replacement of an existing steam tunnel ventilation system at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) campus in Boulder, Colorado, with two natural gas indirect fired make-up air units (MAUs). The project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 236220, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million, and will be awarded as a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The work scope includes full removal of the current system, installation of new MAUs, and all associated systems necessary to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous ventilation.
