Full Description
The North American Industry (NAICS) for this notice is 513210 - Software Publishers, Size Standard $47 Million, Product Service Code 7A21 - Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software). NAVSUP FLCN - Philadelphia intends to solicit other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with SteelCloud, LLC. who holds the proprietary information for their SteelCloud ConfigOS software on a sole source brand-name basis. The requirement is for SteelCloud ConfigOS, which is a proven software solution that automates the entire STIG compliance lifecycle. These software products fulfill the minimum security requirement throughout the Joint Staff J6 Directorate, Cyber and C2 Operational Development Division (C3OD2). C3OD2 is procuring the following supplies for support: SteelCloud ConfigOS Subscription. Please see the equipment list attached to this sources sought notice for more information regarding minimum specifications for the required equipment.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within five days after the date of publication of this sources sought. Information received because of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to compete this procurement action based on the responses received is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the contents of this announcement will not be sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
