Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare is soliciting bids for a contractor to sterilize Clinical Medical Instruments on a weekly basis.SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLESThe contractor will clean and sterilize instruments weekly. Method of sterilization is with Steam. NBH will send 1-3 boxes of instruments/tools to be cleaned and sterilized weekly. Each box will be approx. 12”x8” in size and weighting 10lb per box. After sterilization, contractor will seal each individual instrument/tool to be sent back to NBH located at 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio 44067. Method of transport can be local carrier or 3rd party carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Transport must have tracking capabilities and must be insured to cover lost/damages during transport.
