Stony Brook University Hospital intends to purchase Sterrad Systems Consumables & Related items from Advanced Sterilization Products Services Inc. under Premier GPO contract #PP-OR-2343, dated 03/01/2024-02/28/2027 , a contract awarded pursuant to their authority under section 163(3)(vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
