STORIS SUSTAINMENT IDIQ FY27-FY31

The U.S. Coast Guard is conducting market research to identify industry capabilities for sustaining the operations and maintenance of USCGC STORIS under an anticipated Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract spanning Fiscal Years 2027 through 2031. The contractor will augment organic Coast Guard personnel at shore locations in Seattle, WA; Alameda, CA; and Baltimore, MD, and provide direct support onboard the cutter, delivering 24/7/365 technical expertise and certified maritime personnel. Key deliverables include the provision of ten STCW-certified mariners—covering Master, Chief Mate, Engineers, and Able Seafarers—with specific endorsements as outlined in STCW Regulations II/2, II/5, III/1, III/2, and III/5.
