Storm Drainage & Street Improvements to Serve S. Flowers Drive

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the STORM DRAINAGE & STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE S. FLOWERS DRIVE will be received, by the City of Blakely, at Blakely City Hall - 82 Court Square, Blakely, GA 39823, until 11:00 am local time on September 10, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bids may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The project consists of +/- 230 LF of 63" storm drainage pipe liner, +/- 180 LF of assorted storm drainage piping ranging from approximately 18"-72", +/- 2 storm drainage inlets, along with existing inlet structure improvements and all other items indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids submitted via mail shall be mailed to the City of Blakely at the Blakely City Hall - 82 Court Square, P.O. Box 350, Blakely, GA 39823. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with alternate bid items if indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 P.M, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined at Blakely's City Hall; during the City's regular business hours. Bidding Documents are available electronically (as portable document format (PDF) files) for a non-refundable charge of $300.00.
