During the initial year of the contract, Hoerr Construction completed the rehabilitation of approximately 11,100 feet of storm sewer ranging from 8 inches to 30 inches in diameter by installation of CIPP as well as the cleaning and televising of the storm sewer. In 2023, work was completed in Lakewood Crossing and Ivy Ridge subdivisions as well as in the Feldott and Wildflower subdivisions.
Based upon the vendor’s performance, DPW would like to extend the contract for the second option year. The term of the second option year is April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025, with no additional option year to extend.
