The City of Dunedin is soliciting proposals from qualified utility ratemaking firms (the “Consultant”) to provide all personnel, materials and services required to complete a comprehensive Stormwater Rate Study. The purpose of the study is to assure that current stormwater revenues from the stormwater rates are adequate to satisfy the financial requirements of the Utility for a ten-year period. Studies were completed in FY2010 and FY2014. The current rates and Penny for Pinellas funding were adequate to satisfy the financial requirements of the Utility at that time.
