Work included in each Separate Prime Contract shall include, but not be limited to,the following:A. General Construction (UP-486.1): Responsible for the construction of a new area well, new openings in existing masonry walls, lintels, regrading of the yard, and cutting of new exterior openings and lintels for HVAC louvers.B. HVAC Construction (UP-486.2): Responsible for the installation of a new supply air and exhaust fan system consisting of a new supply fan, exhaust fan, louvers, dampers, and new ductwork.
