The Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District requests information for Strategic Funding & Grant Consulting Services. Specification documents are linked below. Information will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Vendors must submit responses via email to rfp@madsewer.org. All contacts with the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District regarding this RFI shall be made through Amanda Wegner, via email only at rfp@madsewer.org. The subject line must clearly state “Strategic Funding & Grant Consulting RFI.” No phone calls, emails, or other correspondence to other District staff regarding this procurement are permitted during the procurement process unless otherwise noted in writing as required as part of the solicitation process. All oral communications are unofficial and non-binding on the District. Proposers shall rely only on written statements issued by the Project Manager. Proposers are responsible for ensuring their emailed proposal is received and complies with published Microsoft Quarantine email guidelines. Confirmation of receipt will be sent within one business day. If you do not receive confirmation, contact 608-222-1201 EXT 110 immediately. In the event that it becomes necessary to provide additional clarifying data or information, or to revise any part of this RFI, supplements or revisions will be posted on the District’s Contracting Center. The District and all records it retains are subject to Wisconsin Public Records law, sec. 19.31 et seq, Wis. Stats.
