Stream 1 - Internal Audit Services

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada is seeking professional internal audit services under solicitation ISED216760 to support its Audit and Evaluation Branch. The primary objective of this contract is to obtain an independent and objective assessment of the quality and reliability of internal audit working papers and findings. The selected contractor must ensure that all audit materials are appropriately supported by evidence and comply with the Institute of Internal Auditors Standards, Treasury Board Secretariat Policy, and other applicable internal audit standards or policies. The contract is structured with an initial performance period from November 26, 2026, to November 25, 2029, with one option period extending to November 25, 2030. Performance is restricted to holders qualified under Stream 1 - Internal Audit Services in the National Capital region. The estimated level of effort includes 4 days for a Partner or Managing Director, 4 days for a Project Manager or Leader, and 24 days for a Senior Auditor. Security requirements include a minimum corporate security clearance of Secret and resource security clearances of Reliability or Secret.
