Streetscape Phase II Project 0810-2026

The City of Washington, North Carolina, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from professional firms to provide design, construction administration, and observation services for Phase II of the Downtown Streetscape Project. The scope of work is divided into three sub-phases covering Market Street and Main Street, specifically from 2nd Street to Main Street, Main Street to Water Street, and Bridge Street to just before Gladden Street. Key responsibilities include the preparation of construction documents at 50, 75, and 100 percent completion levels, detailed line-item cost estimating, bidding assistance, and the coordination of existing utility service relocations.
