The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, is conducting a market survey to assess interest from small businesses for a future procurement of four Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for construction materials testing services at Scott Air Force Base, Fort Campbell, Wright-Patterson AFB, and Fort Knox, along with their surrounding regions. The BPAs may be awarded individually or in combination, with a maximum annual value of $200,000 and a five-year cumulative ceiling of $1,000,000; no individual task order may exceed $2,500, and the government is only obligated for authorized calls. Services include field and laboratory testing per ASTM standards such as C1077 for aggregates and D3740 for soils, covering concrete, bituminous, masonry, soils, and sprayed fire-resistive materials, with work occurring during normal hours and occasional night shifts.
