Student Services Remodel

Nash Community College is seeking an architectural firm to provide engineering, design services, and construction oversight for the remodel and reconfiguration of the Student Services area, identified as NCCCS Project 3042. Located on the first floor of Building A at 522 N. Old Carriage Road in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, the project aims to modernize and increase the efficiency of the Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Academic Advisors, and Student Services areas. The scope may also include the reallocation of a portion of the library to further expand these services. The total project budget is 2,758,747.48, funded by State Construction Infrastructure Funds. Interested firms must be properly licensed to practice architecture, engineering, or landscape architecture in the State of North Carolina. To be considered, applicants must submit three copies of a Letter of Interest, limited to ten single-sided or five double-sided pages, along with three copies of a current Standard Form 254 by October 9, 2026, at 10:00 am. Submissions must be 8.5 by 11 inch pages stapled in the upper left corner, and the use of binders, tabs, or clips is prohibited. Email and fax submissions will not be accepted. Selection will be based on qualifications, including expertise, staff capabilities, and past performance.
