This project will renovate Navy Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) Building 712 at Philadelphia Navy Yard (PNY) Annex: The project will perform the following work to building 712: Interior demolition Asbestos and lead abatement Replace roof Replace all exterior doors and windows Install HVAC throughout facility Install fire sprinkler throughout the facility Install fire alarm system Increase west stairwell means of egress to the required 36" width Replace flooring, ceiling tiles and lighting Paint interior walls Renovate all male and female restroom Repair main entrance and construct ADA compliant entrance ramp Install elevator Reconfigure interior walls and partitions for admin and training requirements Repair exterior brick Repave and restripe parking Repair sidewalks Replace exterior lighting
