Pre-solicitation Subsistence 4th QTR FY2015 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue solicitation RFQP02051500021, for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence - Subsistence. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, will be FOB Destination, and the delivery date will be July 10, 2015. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center Devens, 36 Independence Drive, Building 1677, Devens, MA 01434. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 28, 2015, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov.
