Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument (SUCR) requires the installation of a secondary sewer line in order to service 7 Recreational Vehicles (RV) spots. Work consists of constructing new sanitary sewer main and services for recreation vehicle sites, construct a clean out for the existing apartment building sanitary sewer service as surfacing asphalt. Please see attached for additional specifications.

AMENDMENT 0001 issued to provide Government responses to questions received and an additional document.

This requirement is being conducts as a construction contract.

This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.

IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude for the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00

Offerors are reminded that in accordance with FAR 52.223-18, any offer over $35,000.00 requires the submission of a Payment Bond. Bonds are due within ten (10) days of receipt of award.

Site Visit scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 9:00am Mountain Standard Time. Meeting location is Visitor Center Parking Lot at SUCR. See 52.236-27 for additional details. Questions are due electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@ios.doi.gov three (3) days after site visit. Government responses will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation to any question(s) received.
