The United States Government Publishing Office is soliciting bids for the production of two unique full-process color magnet products, JKT 460-892 and JKT 460-894, each requiring 1.5 million units printed on 30 mil magnetic sheeting with white vinyl facing and UV coating for durability in indoor and outdoor environments. Printing must be performed in-house with no subcontracting permitted without prior approval, in strict compliance with GPO Publication 310.2, which governs contract terms and production standards. Each magnet must be shrink-wrapped in packs of ten with no commingling, packaged in containers with a minimum bursting strength of 275 psi, and each shipment must not exceed 40 pounds. Packaging and labeling must include specified stock numbers—PEP26-988-001 for JKT 460-892 and PEP24-988-013 for JKT 460-894—and all packages must include GPO Form 2678 on blue paper for departmental random copies, accompanied by GPO Form 917 certification. Digital color proofs at 2400×2400 dpi must be submitted by May 25, 2026, using the same RIP as the final product, and production may not commence until authorized. Deliveries are scheduled in two phases: 375,000 units of each magnet must be delivered by July 1, 2026, with the remaining 1.125 million units delivered by August 21, 2026. All shipments are F.O.B. Destination to the USGPO Laurel Publications Distribution Center in Laurel, Maryland, and deliveries must be scheduled in advance with confirmed appointments between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Federal business days. Invoicing is required through GPO’s internal barcode system, with submissions via fax or mail within 15 days of delivery, and no use of WAWF or IPP is permitted.
