This is a COMBINED PRESOLICITATION NOTICE/SOLICITATION for commercial services and is conducted in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The Government will utilize competitive negotiated procedures consistent with FAR Subpart 12.2, including best value. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on SAM.gov.
