The Town of Summerfield (Town) intends to construct a fire flow system consisting of a 150,000-gallon elevated storage tank (EST) and a supply well with a minimum well yield of 200 gpm. This will support a 1,000 gpm flow for a 2-hour duration for the fire flow system. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before December 31, 2026. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 60 days after the date for Substantial Completion. Completing the Project by December 31, 2026, is a priority for the Town for funding purposes. The Town is willing to negotiate incentives for prompt completion of the Project.
