The requirement is classified as a subcontract under NAICS code 334613, indicating manufacturing of computer and peripheral equipment, and is orchestrated under the Naval Air Warfare Center, a component of the Department of Defense. The solicitation is posted on the SAM.gov platform with a public date of July 9, 2026, and no set-aside provisions are indicated, suggesting it is open to all qualified small and large businesses. Performance is expected to support defense operations globally, though no specific location is defined for delivery or implementation.
