Sunny Hills High School Field Improvements Project

The Sunny Hills High School Field Improvements Project involves the complete removal of existing track and field facilities, including landscaping, hardscape, infrastructure such as a storage building, storm drain system, catch basin, and fencing, as well as the relocation of the current batting cages. Following the demolition, the project will install a new synthetic track and turf field, along with upgraded event areas for long jump, triple jump, high jump, discus, and shot put. New sports equipment and striping will be added to enhance functionality and safety, and the softball batting cages will be relocated to a new designated area. A subsurface stormwater infiltration system will be incorporated to improve water management and environmental sustainability on the site. The project is being led by the Fullerton Joint Union High School District in Fullerton, California, with Vince Madsen, Senior Director of Facilities, M&O and Transportation, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries.
