SUNY Global Center Cabling Project

The State University of New York at System Administration will receive sealed bids for project number 360152-03 titled SUNY Global Center Cabling Project until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 21,2026; at the H. Carl McCall Building, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. The scope of work includes, and is not limited to, to furnish and install structured cabling infrastructure in support of future security, access control, video surveillance, elevator access control, and emergency notification systems at 116 East 55th Street, New York, NY. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 6 months after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined free of charge at the campus and at the following locations. SUNY System Administration – H. Carl McCall Building, Facilities Office. Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may be obtained electronically by emailing the contacts on the summary information form. A non-mandatory walk-through is available for those interested bidders. This information is listed on the summary information form. Bids must be submitted in duplicate per the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Bid security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid. MBE, WBE, and SDVOB goals are set as 11%, 19% and 6% respectively. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
