NOTICE TO PROPOSERSRFP-2026-07SUNY SCCC UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS & PHONE SYSTEM UPGRADES SUNY Schenectady County Community College (SUNY SCCC) is soliciting proposals for a modern, reliable, and secure unified communications and phone system to replace its existing telephony environment. The primary objective of this RFP is to identify a vendor solution that supports the College’s academic, administrative, and public safety operations while aligning with the College’s cloud-forward Microsoft 365 strategy. Digital copies of specifications may be obtained from BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york or by submitting a request to the Purchasing Department at purchasing@schenectadycountyny.gov. Paper copies may be picked up at the Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, Schenectady County Office Building at 620 State Street, Schenectady, New York, 12305 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. weekdays, but must be requested via email 24 hours in advance. All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Proposal” and stating SUNY SCCC Unified Communications & Phone System Upgrades, RFP-2026-07, to the Purchasing Agent, no later than October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM at which time they will be opened.
