Supplemental Cooling MGM

The scope of work required under this request includes the Supply and Install of 2 new PUMY-P48NKMU2 –S-SERIES (COOL/HEAT MODEL) units, 1- in Iris Wing North and 1- in Rose Wing North each unit shall be installed complete with 3 Cassettes per wing and shall include the following items for each;1 – PUMY-P48NKMU2 Outdoorcondensing unit with front, side, and rear windscreens3 – PLFY-EP18NEMU 4-Way CeilingCassette Units Grilles (larger chassis – 33 x 33) OR 3 – PLFY-P18NFMU-E 4-WayCeiling Cassette Units Grilles (smaller chassis – 22 X 22) 1 – PAR-U01MEDU Mitsubishi Smart ME Wired remote controller 1 – Aspen Canada – Mini Frame Equipment stand complete with concrete pad and insulation on existing flat roofoutside of second floor mechanical room. Exact location of equipment to be determined by the Environmental supervisor to the successful bidder. cutting, patching, painting and making good any drywall, masonry or exterior vinyl siding is the responsibility of the contractor; Ø contractor responsible for supplying and reworking any ceiling tile and grid related to the installation of the new A/C units;Ø contractor is responsible for relocating any equipment thatinterferes within any of the areas where the new equipment is to be installed;Ø installation of new associated line sets, drains, piping, and ductwork;Ø installation of new refrigerant lines;Ø insulation of new refrigerant piping;Ø contractor is responsible for All electrical items pertaining to the project including wiring, disconnects and breakers; Ø system balancing and controls related to the operation of the new units;Ø contractor responsible for Fire stopping any penetrations related to the installation of the new A/C units;Ø Clean-up site.
