The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery FOB Destination, of a quantity of 10, HDPE, Black, 5000 gallon, vertical water storage tanks. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to +1 (555) 000-0000 by 4:30 PM, May 4, 2010. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-33, Effective on June 15, 2009. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190 and the size standard is 500 employees. Submit a detailed materials list with a unit price quote for each contract line item (CLIN) and total delivered price quote. The unit price quote for each CLIN should be inclusive of freight and handling, and, if applicable, sales tax. The federal government is exempt from sales tax in most states, but is liable for 50% of the applicable state and local tax in Arizona. Desired delivery date for all items is: 30 days from date of award. Quotes must include a completed copy of [FAR] 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, paragraphs (c) through (m).
