Supply and deliver Office Furniture The Senate of Canada (Senate) is seeking bids to establish one standing offer agreement per stream for the supply and delivery of various pieces of furniture as outlined in Annex “A” – Statement of Requirement and Appendix “A” – Various Streams. The period of the resulting standing offer agreements will be for two (2) years from the date of standing offer award, with three (3) one year option periods.A site visit will be held on October 3, 2022 at 11:00 EDT for all bidders who wish to view our furniture. The meeting place for the site visit will be at the Chambers Building, 40 Elgin Street, Elgin Street Entrance, 40 Elgin Street, in the lobby. All alternative information must be received by e-mail at: proc-appr@sen.parl.gc.ca to the attention of the Standing Offer Authority no later than October 11, 2022 at 11:00 EDT. When requesting an alternative approval, you must clearly identify the Stream and item you are providing an alternative for and provide the following information: Make, model, product reference number and description (style, size and finishes) including 2D or 3D drawings.Enquiries regarding this RFSO must be received by e-mail at: proc-appr@sen.parl.gc.ca by the Standing Offer Authority, no later than October 14, 2022, by 11am EDT. Enquiries received after that date and time may not be answered.
