Supply and Delivery of Contactor and Terminal Lugs

The City of Cornwall has issued Request for Quotation 26-B10 for the supply and delivery of one Allen Bradley 100-E265KD11 IEC 265A Contactor and two Allen Bradley 100-ETL370B Terminal Lugs, or approved equivalents, to the Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 2800 Montreal Rd, Cornwall, ON. All products must be new, unused, and provided in original manufacturer packaging. Bids are due by 4:30 p.m. local time on September 24, 2026. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible supplier based on their ability and experience, past performance on City projects, references, and proposed delivery time. Deliveries must be F.O.B. destination point and made between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Suppliers must formally certify the delivery date after receipt of order on the bid page, as delivery timing is a fundamental component of the contract. Quoted prices must include all incidental costs such as insurance, freight, and customs duties. Payment terms are thirty days from the date of invoicing. The City reserves the right to reject any items found to be defective, damaged, or unsuitable for the intended use.
