Supply and Delivery of CPR Manikins and Lung Liners

The Corporation of the City of Vaughan has issued Request for Quotation RFQ26-345 for the supply and delivery of infant and adult Prestan Professional CPR manikins in various skin tones and compatible lung liners. This contract is established on an as-and-when required basis, with a fixed term running from the date of execution until October 31, 2027, and includes the option for the City to extend the agreement for up to three additional one-year terms. Bidders may request to provide approved equivalent products, provided they meet mandatory technical requirements such as AHA compliance, CPR rate monitors, and specific compression clicking sounds. All submissions must be made online through the City's bidding system by the deadline of October 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST. The successful bidder will be responsible for all shipping and delivery costs to designated City facilities using self-unloading trucks, with an expected delivery turnaround of forty-eight hours following an order. Deliveries are permitted Monday through Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding statutory holidays. All products must be new, defect-free, and fit for purpose, subject to final inspection and acceptance by City staff. Regarding administration, invoices must be submitted directly to the respective community center contact after each delivery and must include the purchase order number, contract number, facility address, and the name of the ordering staff member. Payment terms are net 30 upon receipt of a satisfactory invoice. Bidders are also required to provide contract security upon award and must comply with various corporate, legal, and safety certification standards.
