Supply and Delivery of One (1) Service Pickup Truck

The City of Belleville is soliciting proposals for the supply and delivery of one new service pickup truck, preferably of the manufacturer's current production model. The vehicle must meet the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act and all applicable federal and provincial safety standards. Proponents must be licensed by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) to sell vehicles in Ontario and must provide detailed specifications, make and model brochures, and warranty details as part of their submission. The contract is governed by the City of Belleville Purchasing By-Law and allows for concessions based on VOR Tender-19514 for vehicle acquisition and up-fitting services. Awarding will be based on the highest overall score from a fully responsive and compliant document, though the City reserves the right to select the most advantageous proposal regardless of scoring. Evaluation factors include vendor experience, management qualifications, reputation, proposal quality, and any unique innovations. Delivery is to be F.O.B. Belleville, Ontario, with the specific delivery date to be confirmed by the bidder. Payment is processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice following delivery, acceptance, and testing. All submissions must be made electronically through the designated bidding system by the deadline of November 10, 2026.
