The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is seeking to engage a qualified vendor for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of commercial grade washing machine and dryer equipment at Bear Claw Casino & Hotel, located on White Bear First Nation, SK-9, Carlyle, Saskatchewan, S0C 0R0.The successful vendor shall provide all resources necessary to ensure the complete delivery, installation, commissioning, training, and operational readiness of the equipment in accordance with the requirements of this RFQ. Special Instructions to Bidders: No substitutes will be accepted. Price quoted in Canadian Dollars $CAD and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges as applicable. Applicable taxes shall be added in the space provided. The pricing listed in the Bid Submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission as required. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation information. The Vendor shall be an authorized reseller and/or dealer of UniMac products and shall provide evidence of such authorization upon request.
