SUPPLY OF APPLE HARDWARE PRODUCTS FOR PEEL REGIONAL POLICE

The Region of Peel is seeking a Vendor to supply Apple hardware products and related services to the Peel Regional Police on an as-required basis. The contract is for an initial three-year term, with the option for two additional twelve-month extensions. Eligible bidders must be Apple Authorized Resellers with current Apple Value Added Reseller status in Canada, authorized to transact AppleCare for Enterprise and submit devices to Apple Business Manager. The scope of supply includes all models and configurations of Mac, iPad, and iPhone, as well as Apple displays, accessories, and AppleCare. Specific hardware requirements include US English keyboard layouts for Macs and carrier-unlocked, eSIM-capable cellular devices. The contract is awarded based on the lowest evaluated total, utilizing a weighted discount model applied to Apple's Canadian published prices. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination, Freight Prepaid, with strict timelines of five business days for standard stock and fifteen business days for custom configurations. The successful Vendor must maintain their Value Added Reseller certification throughout the term and notify the Agency within 24 hours of any decertification. Payment is processed via Electronic Funds Transfer, and the Agency maintains a thirty-day acceptance period for all goods and services. Vendors are also required to adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy legislation regarding any personal or health information accessed during the contract.
