Marine Atlantic Inc. Request for Quotations  #305-300-024 Supply Janitorial Products Marine Atlantic Inc. (“MAI”) invites offers from Suppliers for the Supply of Janitorial Products. The Supplier shall be responsible for supplying MAI with Janitorial Products listed in Appendix H – Pricing Form (the “Deliverables”). The Supplier shall ensure that all the Deliverables are supplied and delivered to MAI's warehouse located at 65 Memorial Drive, North Sydney, NS. Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept quotations in whole or in part. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted. The closing for receipt of quotations will be 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Time, November 21, 2024. All documents related to the above noted procurement will only be available through the Merx electronic Bid Submission website. Proposals must be submitted by electronic means using the MERX EBS. This will be the only method of responses accepted for consideration. Proposals will not be considered if submitted by fax, email or other open forms of communication.   Proposals must be received by the closing date and time. Marine Atlantic reserves the right to right to accept quotes in whole or in part. The lowest quote or any other quote will not necessarily be accepted. The closing date for receipt of bids will be 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Time on November 21, 2024. All documents related to the above-mentioned procurement will be available only on the Merx electronic bid submission website. Proposals must be submitted electronically using MERX EBS.
