Address: York University Procurement Services 4700 Keele Street Toronto, Ontario Canada, M3J 1P3 Description: Using funds from the Canada Foundation for Innovation, the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science is equipping a new NHP neurophysiology laboratory at York University. This equipment will be used in a new NHP research facility conducting neurophysiology. York is inviting Proposals from qualified Proponents for the supply and delivery of motorized microelectrode manipulators (“MEM”) and accessory apparatus, otherwise known as micro drives. These MEMs will be used to precisely position and adjust single wire and customized linear electrode arrays within the brain to enable stable recordings of neuronal activity. York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
