The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.



All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing via E-mail to kamathsp@state.gov by 1700 hrs. (India Time) June 22, 2026.  Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG.  No questions shall be answered received after 1700 hrs. (India Time) June 22, 2026.



Quotations are due by 1400 hrs. (India Time) of June 29, 2026.  Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0065for Brand New Van, 17 seater ”.  The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.



No quotations shall be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.  Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1.
