Flagstaff County is soliciting non-binding quotations under RFQ2027-01 for the supply and delivery of two new 2027 Super B Cross Gate Gravel Trailers. The successful proponent must deliver the equipment to the Flagstaff County Shop in Sedgewick, Alberta, by March 15, 2027. All quoted prices must be all-inclusive, covering labor, materials, insurance, freight, and pre-delivery inspection charges, with payment issued within 30 days of delivery. Additionally, the proponent must ensure that an approved warranty service location is situated within a 250-kilometer radius of the delivery site. The evaluation process consists of three stages: a review of mandatory submission requirements, a technical evaluation including rated criteria for warranty and post-delivery support (30 points), and a pricing evaluation (70 points).
