Description The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) has a requirement for one (1) Wet Downdraft Table. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2025. The delivery is required in Ottawa, Ontario Basis of Selection Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal Tenders must be submitted to the NRC Bid Receiving Unit at: NRC.BidReceiving-ReceptiondesSoumissions.CNRC@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Note to Bidders The bidders must submit a fixed unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are excluded and applicable taxes are extra. Inquiries To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date. Please note that the National Research Council Canada will be closed for the holidays starting at noon Tuesday, December 24, 2024, until the reopening of business on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
