The required system must include a sterile field post, support arms compatible with standard operating room tables, various wishbone frame arms, clamp blade holders, a hinged extension arm, and a comprehensive set of swivel retractors including Mayo, Fence, Splanchnic, Renal Vein, Deaver, Malleable Slotted, and Harrington Sweetheart varieties, as well as Nathanson retractors in small, medium, and large sizes.
