Solicitation details, issuing organization, response deadlines, documents, and interested companies for this government contract opportunity.
AI Contract Overview
The Government is seeking potential sources to provide repair, manufacturing, sustaining engineering, program management, and related services for the AN/GSM-397 Electronic Systems Test Set (ESTS) Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) and associated components used in support of the F-15 aircraft. Currently, these services are managed under a sole source contract within the Defense Logistics Agency’s Captains of Industry contract vehicle, with the existing contract set to expire in September 2028. Although the Government holds Design Authority and Document Change Authority, it lacks proprietary technical data and other critical materials needed to perform these tasks independently, prompting this market research to explore available commercial and non-commercial capabilities. Contractors responding to this sources-sought notice must be able to supply all necessary materials, support equipment, tooling, software, test equipment, engineering support, and services required to meet the sustainment needs of the ESTS ITAs. The Government emphasizes that no contract will be awarded solely based on this request for information and that submissions will not be compensated unless allowable under other contracts. Interested parties are encouraged to review detailed solicitation documents and submit questions or responses by the specified deadline to the designated points of contact at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. This effort falls under NAICS code 811210, with no set-aside involved.
